Austin, Texas · Working nationwide

One firm for the whole of your IT.

Networks, cloud, custom software, security, AI, websites, search — and the dozen awkward jobs that fit no category at all. Ozriel is a small IT firm you can hand a problem to without first checking whether it is on our list.

Fixed-price projects No long lock-in contracts You own everything we build

01 — What we've done

Four examples, not a menu.

These are the areas clients come to us for most often, so they have earned their own pages. They are the work we have done — not the edge of what we take on.

Those four have pages because they come up most, not because the rest is off the table.

Everything else we handle

02 — Capabilities

And the rest of it.

A working list of what clients have asked us for and got. It is descriptive, not restrictive — if your problem involves a computer, it is worth asking.

The awkward ones

Not on the list?

That is most of the interesting work. Plenty of what we do now arrived as "is this even possible?" from a client who assumed it was not. Ask — the answer costs nothing, and if it is genuinely outside what we should be touching, we will say so and point you at someone who should.

Ask us about it

03 — Approach

How a project actually goes.

No discovery phase that bills for six weeks and produces a slide deck. We look, we scope, we build, we hand it over.

Step 01

A real conversation

Thirty minutes, free. You describe the problem; we tell you honestly whether we are the right people to fix it.

Step 02

A written scope

What gets built, what it costs, when it lands, and what is explicitly not included. One page, fixed price.

Step 03

Build in the open

You see working software early and often, on a staging link you can share. Feedback goes in as we go, not at the end.

Step 04

Handover, then support

Accounts, code and documentation in your name. Ongoing maintenance is an option, never a condition.

04 — Why Ozriel

Small enough to care, senior enough to trust.

Generalist is a dirty word in an industry that would rather sell you four specialists and a project manager to coordinate them. But most businesses do not have four separate problems — they have one tangled situation where the website, the phone system, the CRM and the person who set it all up in 2014 are related.

We work across the whole of it because that is where the real fixes live. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code and picks up the phone eighteen months later. That constraint keeps us honest about what technology can and cannot solve — and quick to say when a job needs a specialist we are not.

05 — Questions

The things people ask first.

Do you only do those four things?

No. AI, web, SEO and maintenance have their own pages because they are what we get asked for most, and because people search for them by name. The actual work runs much wider — networks, cloud migrations, custom software, security, data, hardware, and a long tail of jobs that do not have a tidy label.

If you are wondering whether something falls inside what we do, the cheapest way to find out is to ask. We will tell you plainly if it does not.

Is a generalist firm really better than a specialist?

For a narrow, deep problem — a specialist, every time, and we will help you find one. For everything else, having one firm that understands how your website, your email, your line-of-business software and your network actually relate is worth more than four vendors each optimising their own corner and blaming the others.

What does a project cost?

Small website builds generally start around the low four figures; larger sites with e-commerce or custom functionality run higher. AI integrations and custom software are scoped per workflow. Maintenance is a flat monthly retainer based on how many people and machines you have.

We do not publish a price list because the honest answer depends on your situation — but you get a firm written number before anything begins, and the quote itself is free.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Project work is billed against a fixed scope. Ongoing maintenance runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We would rather keep clients because leaving is easy and they stay anyway.

Will you work with the systems we already have?

Usually, yes — and that is normally the cheaper path. We work with existing WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and on-premise setups all the time. Replacing something is a recommendation we have to justify, not a default.

Is AI actually right for my business?

Sometimes not, and we will say so. AI earns its place where there is repetitive judgement over messy text — support replies, intake forms, document review, research summaries. Where the task is deterministic, plain automation is cheaper, faster and easier to trust.

How long before SEO work shows results?

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can move local rankings within weeks. Competitive organic terms are a three to six month effort. Anyone promising page one next month is selling you something else.

Who owns the work when we are done?

You do — domain, hosting account, source code, analytics, all of it, registered in your name from day one. If you part ways with us, nothing needs to be migrated or unlocked.
